This article guides Customers on how to request changes to a Quote they have received. The process involves responding to the Quote email notification and submitting change requests directly through the provided interface.
In the Customer Segment section of the Patform, Customers can request modifications to Quotes they receive via email notification.

Requesting changes to your Quote
When you receive a Quote email notification, you have the option to request changes before accepting it.
To request changes, select the "Request changes" button shown in the email notification.
A new window will open where you can enter your comments. Type your requested changes in the comment field and select the "Request changes" button to submit your request.
