Introduction
When new permissions are assigned to an existing user in the Platform, the system automatically sends a notification email to inform the user about their updated access rights. This article explains the notification trigger, recipients, and content structure to help Platform Users understand what to expect when permissions change.

Notification trigger and purpose
The Platform sends this notification automatically when new permissions are assigned to an existing user account. The notification ensures users are immediately aware of their updated access rights and can begin using their new permissions.
Notification recipients
The notification is sent to specific recipients based on their role in the permission change:
Primary recipient (To): The user who received the new permissions
Optional recipients:
- Cc: Can be configured as needed
- Bcc: Can be configured as needed
You can modify notification recipients by navigating to the Settings page in the Platform.
Notification content
The notification email includes the following elements:
Header: Displays the organization logo
Personalized greeting: Addresses the recipient by name (e.g., "Dear Ivan Petrov!")
Main message: Informs the user about their new access level and the specific organizations they can now access
Access link: Provides a direct link to the Platform where users can log in and utilize their new permissions
Footer: Contains copyright information
