Understanding the invitation notification
When a Seller Admin invites a new Platform User to any Organization, the Platform automatically sends an email notification to the invitee. This automated process ensures that new users receive timely access instructions without manual intervention.
The invitation email includes the following information:
- Name of the person who sent the invitation
- Platform URL for access
- List of Organizations the user is being invited to join
- Activate account button to complete the registration process
- REJECT INVITATION option if the user does not wish to accept
Notification recipients
The automated notification is triggered when a new Platform User is invited to the system.
Notification trigger: New user is invited
Recipients:
- To: User involved in event (the invitee)
- Cc: (optional)
- Bcc: (optional)
Invitation validity and actions
The invitation remains valid for seven days from the time it is sent. If the invitee does not accept the invitation within this period, the invitation expires and a new invitation must be sent.
Available actions for invitees:
- Click Activate account to accept the invitation and complete account setup
- Click REJECT INVITATION to decline access to the Organization
- Contact support@appxite.com if unable to complete the process or if questions arise

Limitations
Expired invitations cannot be reactivated. If an invitation expires after seven days, the Seller Admin must send a new invitation to the Platform User.
Summary
The Platform automatically sends email invitations to new users when they are added to an Organization. These invitations are valid for seven days and include all necessary information for account activation. Recipients can be configured on the Settings page to ensure appropriate stakeholders receive notifications about new user additions.
