Improved Visibility for Trial Offers in Reseller Pricing
An improvement has been implemented to make trial offers clearly identifiable when creating or managing partner prices. In the Customer Prices – Reseller Prices section (Partner Prices), the Offer Name list now displays the label “(Trial)” next to any offer that is designated as a trial in the system. This improvement provides greater visibility and helps users easily distinguish trial offers from regular ones during price configuration, reducing the risk of selecting the wrong offer.
💡Coming Next Release: New Credit Risk Management Capabilities
Introduction of Credit Risk Management will significantly strengthen how distributors and sellers manage commercial risk by introducing a unified Credit Risk tab under the platform Settings that will include both Offer Restrictions and Credit Limit management.
A new Credit Risk Profile module will allow distributors and sellers to create and manage risk-based groups, assign organizations, configure granular restrictions for vendors, offers, commitment terms, and billing frequencies, and designate a primary profile for automatic organization assignment.
Meanwhile, during offer configuration, the updated Product Management logic will automatically block any commitment or billing combinations that are restricted by a seller’s assigned Credit Risk Profile. This ensures users only see allowed options and receive clear warnings when no valid billing cycles are available.
With this functionality, a new Product Management Presenter version 1.43.1 will be released. Partners using Product Management Presenter outside the platform can either update to the latest version or continue using the current one.
