File Upload Functionality Added to Pricing and Purchasing Flow

The new File Upload component in Product Management Builder and Presenter enables partners to capture supporting documents and rich inputs directly within pricing and purchasing flows, unlocking new use cases such as proof-of-eligibility uploads, custom configuration attachments, signed documents, or artwork submissions. Distributors and sellers can configure file size limits, allowed file types, and single or multi-file selection to match business and compliance needs, while end users benefit from an intuitive drag-and-drop upload experience with real-time validation and previews. Uploaded files are securely stored and automatically included in the purchase payload, reducing manual follow-ups, minimizing errors, and streamlining complex sales and approval workflows within Product Management.

Adobe Intelligent Recommendations APIs Now Available

As part of Adobe API requirements, we've extended our Adobe integration to support Adobe's intelligent product recommendations, enabling partners to retrieve context-aware product suggestions through Platform APIs. A new Fetch Recommendations API allows you to request tailored suggestions from Adobe based on customer profile, current offers, order history, or renewal context. Adobe returns personalized recommendations that partners can include in subsequent order requests to help Adobe track recommendation effectiveness and improve future suggestions.

Offer Name Field Added to Product Catalog APIs

We've enhanced our Product Catalog APIs to include offer name information for improved offer identification and display. The new OfferName property is now available in both the "List all offers for the product" and "Retrieve an offer for the product" endpoints. This field returns the localized offer name, making it easier to identify and distinguish between different offers without additional API calls. This enhancement streamlines offer management and improves the developer experience when working with our product catalog data.

Improved Microsoft Licensing Terms Synchronization

Platform now automatically synchronize Microsoft licensing terms during offer sync, ensuring accurate and compliant terms are consistently applied across both new and existing offers as Microsoft updates its SKU metadata. By dynamically sourcing licensing URLs from the Microsoft SKU and availability APIs - or falling back to standardized default terms and attestation content when links are unavailable - this improvement reduces manual maintenance, prevents outdated or missing license agreements, and helps CSPs confidently present the correct Microsoft terms to customers at the point of purchase.

Adobe Order Cancellation Processing Issue - Resolution

We identified and resolved an issue where Adobe subscription cancellation requests were not being successfully processed and submitted to the vendor. The problem affected multiple customer orders that remained in provision started in the cancellation workflow due to missing information required by Adobe's systems. A hotfix has been deployed to ensure that all necessary order details are correctly transmitted during the cancellation process, and all cancellation requests now complete successfully.
