Seller & Distributor Grid Enhancements

The Partner Management section has been overhauled to improve how Seller and Distributor data is viewed, analyzed, and managed. The updated grids deliver clearer visibility through sortable and filterable columns, sticky headers, and refined search and pagination, enabling faster navigation and decision-making. New summary metrics, streamlined actions, and export capabilities help admins manage partners more efficiently, strengthen governance, and confidently support platform growth.

Modern Organizations and Subscriptions Grids Now Default - Legacy View to Be Retired

The Modern Organizations and Modern Subscriptions Grids are now set as the default experience for all users, delivering improved performance, enhanced usability, and a more consistent interface across the platform. This update ensures faster navigation, better data visibility, and a streamlined workflow for managing organizations and subscriptions. As part of this transition, access to the legacy grids will be deprecated and removed, simplifying the user experience and allowing continued investment in the enhanced modern view to drive greater operational efficiency and long-term platform scalability.

Partner Management Login Experience Update

The Partner Management login experience has been modernized with a clean, streamlined interface and an identifier-first authentication flow to improve partner access and usability. The updated design introduces consistent Partner Management branding and guides users through a simple email-first entry point, followed by clear sign-in options such as SSO or password-based authentication via a secure external screen. Built-in email validation reduces login errors, while unnecessary UI elements have been removed to keep the experience focused and efficient. The refreshed login interface is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across desktop and mobile devices.

New API for Invoice Tax Retrieval 

A new external Reporting API endpoint enables partners to securely retrieve invoice tax data synced within the AppXite platform. This allows partners to seamlessly access accurate tax information for their invoices and use it directly within their own ERP systems, improving automation and reducing manual reconciliation. By replacing the previous legacy internal endpoint with a modern, partner-ready API, this update increases scalability, supports tax sync–driven invoicing workflows, and ensures partners can reliably generate compliant invoices using trusted tax data from the platform.
