Extended Service Term Management for Microsoft NCE Subscriptions

The Platform now provides full visibility and control over Microsoft's Extended Service Term (EST) — the new subscription state where services continue at higher monthly rate after term end. EST-ready subscriptions are flagged directly on the Subscriptions Grid through the new Scheduled Action Type column (filterable and sortable), making it easy to surface at-risk subscriptions. On the Subscription Form, the redesigned End of Term Action section exposes all three Microsoft renewal outcomes as a single-click choice: Auto Renewal On to renew normally, Auto Renewal Off to cancel at term end and avoid any EST charges, or On + Conditional Service Continuation for intentional EST transitions. Every change is recorded on the Orders list for full audit visibility. These updates apply beyond EST as well: the same interface governs standard Auto Renewal On/Off for all subscriptions, and the Auto-Renew status across the Platform now reflects the scheduled renewal intent for more accurate future-state tracking.

Custom Navigation Button Configuration in Payment Methods

A new option has been introduced to control the placement of custom navigation buttons, allowing them to be displayed under Organization Details → Payment Methods rather than on the Invoices Overview tab. When enabled under the Button Placement section, the button is shown only in the Payment Methods section and works together with existing display conditions to manage visibility. This enhancement provides a more intuitive location for payment-related actions and improves overall navigation. Additionally, access to the Payment Methods page and related custom buttons is now restricted for users with the Seller Agent Admin role, who will see a standard error message if they attempt to access this section, ensuring proper permission control.
