Introduction

This article provides an overview of the Products & Offers section in Product Management, where Product Managers create and manage Products and Offers. Understanding the Products interface enables efficient navigation and management of Product portfolios.

Accessing Product Management

In the Product Management Tool, you will find the Products & Offers section, where you will create and manage Products and Offers.

Navigation: Access Product Management by navigating to VENDORS → Vendor name → Products.

Products interface overview

The Products page displays a list of Products with management options and filtering capabilities:

1. New Product: Create a new Product by selecting the "New Product" button. This opens the Product creation interface.

2. Filter: Search for Products by typing contract/Customer/Product name in the filter field. The search functionality helps locate specific Products quickly.

3. Name: Displays the name of the Product (for example, "Enterprise Mobility + Security E3").

4. No. of Offers: Shows the number of Offers associated with the Product. This column indicates how many Offers have been created under each Product.

5. Edited: Displays the date when Product information was last edited (for example, "Jul 17, 2020, 2:23:00 PM" or "Feb 13, 2025").

6. Created: Shows the date when the Product was created (for example, "Jul 17, 2020, 2:23:00 PM" or "Feb 13, 2025").

Product list features

Each Product row in the list provides action buttons for management:

7. Edit: By selecting the Edit option, you can edit country and industry settings for the Product. This allows Product Managers to update Product availability based on geographic and market segment requirements.

8. View Offers & Bundles: Manage Offers and Bundles associated with the Product. This button navigates to the Offers and Bundles interface where Product Managers can view, create, and modify Offers and Bundles.

9. New Offer: Create new Offers by selecting this tab. This provides quick access to Offer creation directly from the Product list.

Language selection

In the top right corner of the Product List page, you will find a language selector.

How it works: By selecting a language from the dropdown (for example, "EN" for English), the user interface language will be updated across all fields related to the Product List, New Product, Edit Product, as well as Offers and Bundles.

Supported functionality: The language selector enables Product Managers to:

  • View the interface in their preferred language
  • Localize Product and Offer management workflows
  • Switch languages dynamically without losing context
  • Maintain consistency across all Product Management sections

This feature supports multilingual Product management and enables global teams to collaborate effectively.

Summary

The Products & Offers section in Product Management provides a centralized interface for creating and managing Products and Offers. The Products page displays a filterable list showing Product names, number of associated Offers, edit dates, and creation dates. Product Managers can create new Products using the "New Product" button, search for specific Products using the filter field, edit country and industry settings, view and manage Offers and Bundles, and create new Offers directly from the Product list. A language selector in the top right corner allows Product Managers to change the user interface language across all Product Management sections, supporting multilingual workflows and global team collaboration. This interface streamlines Product portfolio management and provides quick access to essential Product and Offer management functions.
