How to access the Support Ticketing system and the Knowledge Base?

Our Support Ticketing system and Knowledge Base has separate access from the one you have for your Seller platform. If you haven't registered to access our Support Ticketing system and the Knowledge Base articles, here are the steps you have to do:

1. Open the link
2. Click Sign in.
3. In the pop-up window, select one of the following two options:

1) Sign in with Microsoft - if you would like to access the Help Center with either:
 - your Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) account
 - your personal Microsoft account 

2) Or click Sign up if you would like to register with a brand new Local account


3.1. Signing in with Microsoft:

NOTE: Before you can use your Microsoft AAD account, your account administrators must enable SAML-based Microsoft Entra ID SSO.

Click on Sign in with Microsoft -> enter your Azure AD account email -> select Work or school account -> enter the password and confirm signing in:


3.2. Signing up with a new Local account

Click Sign up on the bottom of the page -> Fill in the Sign up to AppXite form, and click Sign up (use your account):

The confirmation link will be sent to your account with instructions on how to proceed.

Upon that, you will be able to access the AppXite Support Ticketing system, and view all your (as well as your organization's) requests.
