How Does It Look?
Once the order is provisioned, the NCE trial subscription will appear under the "Subscriptions" tab.

Relevant Information
Automation to turn off auto-renewal for trial subscriptions cannot be executed if the customer’s account is under review by Microsoft. During this review period, Microsoft restricts any subscription updates.
When attempting to make changes, customers will typically see the following message:
“Your customer account is currently under review. Check back in a few days. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Learn more at https://aka.ms/AA8lpeh.”
If this occurs, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
Summary
New Commerce Experience trial Subscriptions provisioned through the Platform have automatic renewal disabled by default. You can identify New Commerce Experience Subscriptions by the New Commerce Experience tag on the Product logo. Once provisioned, these trial Subscriptions appear under the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab with no option to enable or disable auto-renewal in the Platform. To convert a trial to a paid Subscription, Sellers can purchase a new paid Subscription from the catalog after expiration. Note that automation to disable auto-renewal cannot execute if the Customer account is under review by Microsoft, and any changes during this period must be handled through Microsoft Support.
