How One-Time Subscription expiry works
The status of One-Time Subscriptions that have expired is automatically changed to the corresponding status in the Platform. The Subscription end date for One-Time Subscriptions matches their actual expiry date based on their Term Duration.
Example: A one-year License purchased on January 1, 2021, will have a Subscription end date of January 1, 2022. One-Time Subscriptions will be disabled automatically after their end date.
How to view One-Time Subscriptions
To access One-Time Subscriptions in the Platform:
- Log in on behalf of the Customer Organization (for Sellers) or log in to your Organization (for Customers).
- Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
- From the Subscription type dropdown menu, select One time.
- The list of One-Time Subscriptions will be displayed.
Summary
One-Time Subscriptions automatically expire based on their Term Duration, with the end date matching the actual expiry date calculated from the purchase date. Once expired, these Subscriptions are disabled in the Platform and their status is updated accordingly. You can view all One-Time Subscriptions by selecting the One time filter in the Subscription type dropdown menu on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
