Subscription changes history
Introduction
This article explains how to view the history of changes made to Subscriptions in the Platform. Understanding the changes history will help you track modifications made by you and your colleagues, improving accountability and transparency.

Who can view subscription history
Users with access to the SUBSCRIPTIONS section can view the history of all changes applied to a Subscription. This feature enables tracking of modifications made by all authorized users within your Organization.
How to access subscription history
To view a Subscription's changes history:
- Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab in the main menu.
- Click on the Subscription name for which you want to view the history.
- Select the History tab on the Subscription details page.
Filtering options
The Activity History page provides two filtering options to help you find specific changes:
Period: Filter changes by time period (e.g., 1 Week, 1 Month, or custom date ranges)
User: Filter changes by the user who made the modifications (select "All" to view changes by all users, or choose a specific user)
After selecting your filters, click the Apply button to view the filtered results.
What information is displayed
The results table displays the following information for each change:
- User: The name of the user who made the change
- Date and time: When the change was made
- Properties changed: Which Subscription properties were modified
All users can view changes to the following properties:
- Subscription name
- Subscription Status
- Subscription Quantity
- Subscription start date
- Subscription end date
- Auto-Renewal enabled/disabled status
Summary
Users with access to the SUBSCRIPTIONS section can view complete change history for Subscriptions by clicking on a Subscription name and selecting the History tab. The Activity History page allows filtering by time period and user, with an Apply button to execute the filters. The results table displays the user who made each change, the date and time of modification, and which properties were changed, including Subscription name, Status, Quantity, start and end dates, and Auto-Renewal settings. This feature enables tracking and accountability for all Subscription modifications within your Organization.
