Customer Prices: How to change / delete Price configuration
Introduction
Only customer price configurations that have starting date tomorrow or later can be deleted, except for customer specific price configurations, where the customer has no subscriptions or orders placed, these can be removed if start date is today as well. If a price configuration is removed, it will be removed with immediate effect.

Steps to remove the Customer Prices configuration
1. Go into edit mode of Customer price rule you want to remove by clicking on the offer name
2. In the Edit Price view, click on 'Add' button (1) next to 'From / Till' field (2) and create a new period that starts from tomorrow till any date in the future (or infinity) and save it (3)
3. A message will pop up informing the user about conflicting price setting. Click 'Confirm' (this will update the currently valid period to finish on the specified date, and create a new period as configured in Step 2 above)
4. You can now delete the period you've just created by selecting it in the 'From / Till' field and clicking 'Remove'
5. If there are any other future periods in the 'From / Till' field left, they can also be removed the same way. Once finished, click Save
Updated Customer Prices
The updated Customer price configuration would be now showing as effective only until the specified day. This price configuration will disappear from the view once the Effective Till date is reached.
If the customer does not have any subscriptions or orders placed on Today's date, it would be possible to remove the price configuration from Today's date. A corresponding message would indicate the possibility of such an option
Otherwise, it would only be possible to remove the price configuration with the Start Date from Tomorrow's date
Existing usage-based subscriptions (e.g. Azure Plan) would not be affected by the new price configuration.
Markups for existing subscriptions can be updated on subscriptions themselves via change order.
