How to Change the Adobe Reseller?
Introduction
This article describes the first steps in the process of changing the Adobe reseller for customers:
Customers can switch to a different reseller and continue with the new reseller to manage their subscriptions and new orders. Reseller change is a customer-initiated process.

Changing the Adobe Reseller
In order to change the Adobe Reseller, the user with Admin permissions should follow these steps in the Adobe console:
1. Admin Checks Current Reseller Details:
a. The customer organization's Admin logs in to the Admin Console.
b. Next, the Admin navigates to the Account Tab.
c. Under the account details, the Reseller Account Manager from the current reseller organization is displayed.
2. Admin Views Reseller and Distributor Information:
d. The Admin clicks on the View button located next to the Reseller Account Manager’s name,.
e. A dialog box opens that shows the Reseller Organization's name and the Distributor details.
3. Admin Initiates the Reseller Change process:
f. The Edit button next to the View button allows the Admin to start the reseller change process.
g. The Admin clicks on the Generate Code button to create an 8-digit unique approval code needed for the transfer.
4. Admin Gets Approval Code Details
h. The Admin receives a generated approval code is valid for 72 hours.
i. Once generated, the code is emailed to all customer admins associated with the account.
j. The customer Admin shares this code with the new reseller, authorizing them to transfer the customer to their organization.

Once the customer is migrated/transferred to the new reseller:
- Submit a case to support@appxite.com to verify and assist further.
- Make sure that the case includes relevant details, such as the customer name, reseller name, and VIP or VIPMP IDs as well as ERP ID, to avoid delays.
