Improved Invoice Management with Payment Terms
The Invoices section has been improved with new columns and logic to support payment terms and improve billing visibility. A new Payment Terms column has been added to both Incoming and Outgoing Billings and Invoices. In Invoices, the following columns have also been introduced: Invoice Posting Date, Due Date, and Payment Method with options including Wire Transfer, Credit Card, and ACH.

Updated Notification Rules for Microsoft Subscriptions
The Subscription Successfully Renewed notification has been removed from the business rule logic for vendors that support daily synchronization—currently, this applies to Microsoft. Instead of being triggered by business rules, the notification is now sent as part of the sync process when a Microsoft subscription’s end date changes. Additionally, this notification has been updated by removing the pricing information from the notification format.

Promotions Displayed in Subscription Edit Price Table
Previously available only on the Offers page, the updated Promotions UI now extends to the Edit Price table in the Subscription Edit page, making it easier for users to view and manage promotions directly within subscription settings.

Refined Access Controls for Seller Agent Admin Role
Targeted adjustments have been made to the Seller Agent Admin role to improve security and ensure role-appropriate access. Seller Agents will now have access to the Settings tab, with the exception of two specific sections: Currency & Payment and Authentication Management, which are now restricted.

Extended Azure Usage Report
As part of ongoing improvements to reporting capabilities, new columns to the Azure usage report have been added to provide better cost transparency and alignment with ERP requirements. In addition, an easy-to-use page that visually highlights month-on-month Azure usage changes has been introduced, making it simpler to track trends, identify anomalies, and gain actionable insights at a glance.
