How to hide individual Offers under a Product?

Introduction

This article guides Distributors and Sellers through the process of hiding individual offers for specific products within their catalogs. The functionality allows administrators to control which offers are visible to customers while maintaining the product listing itself. This feature is essential for managing product availability and customizing the customer experience based on business requirements.

In this article:

Select the Catalog Type

Navigate to the Catalog section in the main menu and select the appropriate catalog type based on your role:

  • Distributors: Select "Partner Catalogs"
  • Sellers: Select "Customer Catalogs"

The system will display the catalog interface with categories and products organized in a hierarchical structure. The left panel shows the category tree, while the main area displays the products within each category.

Navigate to Product Selection

Within the selected catalog, locate the category containing the product for which you want to hide individual offers. Browse through the category structure or use the search functionality to find the specific product.

Once you have identified the target product, click the "Select offers" button associated with that product. This button is typically located near the product information or in the product's action menu.

NOTE! The "Select offers" button will only appear for products that have multiple offers available. Single-offer products will not display this option.

Hide or Enable Individual Offers

After clicking the "Select offers" button, the system will display a dialog box titled "Select available offers". This dialog contains a list of all available offers for the selected product, with checkboxes next to each offer.

To hide or enable individual offers:

  1. Review the offer list: Each offer is displayed with its name and relevant details
  2. Toggle offer visibility: Click the checkbox next to each offer to hide (uncheck) or enable (check) it
  3. Confirm changes: Click the "Save changes" button to apply your selections
  4. Cancel if needed: Use the "Cancel" button to discard any changes

The system will process your selections and update the product's visible offers accordingly. Hidden offers will no longer appear to customers browsing the catalog, while enabled offers will remain visible and available for purchase.

NOTE! Changes to offer visibility take effect immediately after saving. Ensure you have reviewed all selections before confirming the changes.
