Notification trigger and recipients

When a Vendor has an available Product with an active Offer, the Platform sends a notification to inform Sellers about the new opportunity.

Notification trigger: New Offers are now available

Recipient details:

• To: Seller Primary
• Cc: (optional)
• Bcc: (optional)

Product Distribution process for new Offers

The notification email provides Sellers with a clear 3-step process to make new Offers available to their Customers:

1. Review Offers: Examine the new Products and their details
2. Add their parent products to Catalog for the Customer Segment of your choosing: Select which Customer Segments should have access to these Products. Learn more here: How to add products in Catalog?

The notification includes a comprehensive table showing:

• Vendor name
• Product details
• Offer information

Managing notification settings

Sellers can customize who receives these notifications by accessing the Settings page.
