Offer Notifications - Product Management Offers provisioning notification for Vendors / Order Create (Reserved Instances)
Introduction
This article explains how Vendors receive provisioning details via email when a Customer places an order for Product Management Offers. The notification is automatically sent to the email address configured in the provisioning method settings of the Offer form.

Email notification trigger
When a Customer places an Order, the system automatically triggers an email notification with provisioning details. The notification is sent immediately after the order is created.
The email subject line includes: "Please see the details of the new order below".
Email recipients
The provisioning details email is sent to the email address specified in the provisioning method settings within the Offer form. Vendors must ensure this email address is correctly configured to receive order notifications.
To verify or update the email address, navigate to the Offer form and check the provisioning method settings section.
Email content details
The provisioning email contains comprehensive information about the order, organized into the following sections:
Order information includes the Order number, order type (such as Subscription suspension ordered), and unique Order ID.
Subscription details provide the start date, Subscription ID, and initial Order ID for reference.
Offer information displays the SKU ID and the Offer name that was purchased.
Order creator details list the email address, first name, and last name of the person who created the Order.
Partner information includes the company name, full address, country code, registration number, primary contact name, and primary contact email.
Customer information contains the company name, full address, country code, and registration number of the end Customer.
Form data captures any additional information submitted through the order form, such as admin first name, admin last name, admin email, and License quantity.
The email includes a clickable link to update the Order status once processing is complete.
