Offer Notifications - Subscriptions - provisioning successful / OfferProvisioned
Introduction
This article explains the automated notification sent when an Offer is successfully provisioned by the Vendor. The notification is sent to the admin email address provided with the Order and includes any additional instructions specific to the Offer.

The notification is sent to the following recipients:
To: User involved in the event
Cc (optional): Seller Primary
Bcc (optional): Additional recipients as configured
The email notification displays:
- Company logo
- Customer name personalization
- Offer name and Order date
- Confirmation of successful provisioning
- Seller name and regards
Customizing notification recipients
You can edit notification recipients by navigating to the Settings page in the Platform. This allows you to add or remove recipients from the To, Cc, or Bcc fields based on your organizational needs.

Summary
When an Offer is successfully provisioned by the Vendor, the system automatically sends a notification to the admin email address associated with the Order.
