Introduction
When an error occurs during order provisioning, the Platform automatically sends a notification to the Platform User who performed the operation. This article explains the notification trigger, recipients, and provides an example of the notification message that users will receive.

The Platform sends an automated notification when a provisioning error occurs during order processing.
Notification trigger: Error during order provisioning
Recipients:
- To: Platform User involved in the event
- Cc (optional): Seller Primary
- Bcc (optional): Additional recipients as configured
Notification recipients can be customized on the Settings page to ensure the right team members are informed of provisioning failures.
Notification example
Below is an example of the notification email that Platform Users receive when a provisioning error occurs:
The notification includes the following information:
- Recipient greeting: Personalized with the Customer organization name (e.g., "Dear Custo. Org N.,")
- Error summary: Brief statement that the Offer could not be provisioned due to a technical issue (e.g., "We regret to inform you that Microsoft 365 Copilot O.N. could not be provisioned due to a technical issue.").
- Error details section: Provides the specific error description (e.g., "This offer is not available in your country and/or region anymore.")
- Support guidance: Instructions to contact the support team for questions or immediate assistance
- Closing: Apology for inconvenience and appreciation for patience
- Signature: Signed by the Seller organization (e.g., "Best Regards, Res. Org N.")
- Footer: Copyright notice with the Seller organization name and year
