Release Notes 205
Entitlement-Level Invoicing for Microsoft Azure Subscriptions under Azure Plan
We're introducing enhanced invoicing for Azure Plans that displays each Azure Subscription as a separate line item on your invoice. Instead of receiving a single consolidated usage charge, you'll now see individual charges for each subscription (Development, Production, Staging, etc.), making it easier to track costs per department, project, or customer. Please note that enabling this feature will split your invoice into two parts: license-based charges (available around the 8th of the month) and detailed Azure usage charges (available 2 days later), as Microsoft provides Azure usage data per subscription later. This feature is available upon request—contact our Support team to enable detailed invoice line items for your Azure Plan subscriptions in invoices.

Extended Catalog Search Grid for Improved Usability and Data Navigation
The platform now offers a significantly improved Catalogue Search Grid experience designed to extend user productivity and data visibility. The new, more intuitive interface enables users to easily customize their workspace by resizing and rearranging columns, quickly navigating between pages, and seamlessly scrolling both vertically and horizontally through large datasets. Search results are now easier to interpret, with cleaner single-line cell formatting, highlighted search matches for faster identification, and clear visual cues such as hover-based filter and sort icons. Additionally, clickable offer names are now displayed in blue for improved discoverability and navigation.

Promotional Banners & Custom HTML Blocks for Distributors
The platform now empowers Distributor Admins with advanced content management capabilities through the introduction of Custom HTML Blocks and configurable promotional banners. This enables distributors to centrally design, upload, and manage visually consistent marketing content across their marketplace, ensuring unified branding and messaging for all resellers and end customers in their hierarchy. Admins can tailor banners with custom images, text, styles, and target URLs, control their visibility and order, and globally apply tracking through Google Tag Manager integration.

Improved Visibility of Customer Organization ID in Organization Details Page
The platform now enhances operational transparency and efficiency by displaying the Customer Organization ID directly within the organization details page. This improvement enables partners to quickly identify and reference a customer’s internal organization ID without needing to retrieve it through external tools or API queries. By making this key identifier easily accessible, partners can streamline workflows across reporting, integration, and API operations—reducing time spent on data lookups and minimizing errors when managing customer-related processes across the platform.

Improved Upgrade Workflow with Quantity Validation Warning
The platform now includes a new validation step during the subscription upgrade process to help partners and customers avoid quantity-related mistakes. A new on-screen warning clearly informs users that the quantity entered represents the number of licenses or units being upgraded, not those remaining under the old offer. This improvement reduces the risk of incorrect upgrades, prevents billing discrepancies, and ensures smoother provisioning workflows. By guiding users with clear contextual messaging, the platform strengthens data accuracy, minimizes manual corrections, and enhances overall operational reliability for partners managing complex subscription transitions.

Sophos Vendor Integration
We're introducing Sophos integration that enables Partners with existing Sophos contracts to access synchronized subscription and billing data directly within the Platform. Partners can now link their existing Sophos Partner Tenant IDs to automatically view their Sophos subscriptions, customers, and invoice information through monthly synchronization that occurs on the 26th of each month. This one-way integration retrieves data from Sophos without affecting the Sophos system, allowing Sellers to monitor their Sophos business while continuing to manage all subscriptions and pricing directly in the Sophos platform. Note that all Sophos offers display with a price of 0.00 in the Platform catalog, as actual pricing information is provided through synchronized Sophos invoices.
