The notification email includes the following information:

Greeting: Personalized with the customer name

Main message: Confirms that the order to change the subscription was successfully provisioned, including the subscription name and effective date

Change summary table: Displays a comparison between previous and new subscription details, including:

  • Subscription name
  • Quantity (shows the reduction from previous to new amount)
  • Status (e.g., Enabled)
  • Billing Frequency (e.g., Monthly Billing)

Signature: Includes the sender name and company branding

Footer: Contains copyright information with the sender company name
