Improved Management of Custom Field Values
To improve data quality and streamline ongoing configuration, users can now both remove and modify values within Single-Select and Multi-Select custom fields even after those values have been used in existing records. This gives teams the flexibility to retire outdated options, correct mistakes, or refine naming conventions without losing historical context. Deleted values remain visible on previously stored records until updated by the user, while renamed values are instantly reflected across all relevant data. These enhancements ensure cleaner, more accurate custom field structures while preserving the integrity of past selections.

Extended Modern Subscription Grid for Better Visibility and Control
The Modern Subscription Grid has been expanded to give users greater clarity, flexibility, and efficiency when managing subscriptions. New optional columns—such as Offer Name, Subscription ID, and Activated On—provide deeper insight while allowing users to tailor the grid to their workflow through drag-and-drop column reordering. Additionally, the improved search box now features a clear input outline and displays which fields are searchable, ensuring faster and more accurate lookups.

Adobe Promotions API for Improved Sales Enablement
To support partners in identifying and applying the correct Adobe promotions, the platform now provides a dedicated API that retrieves all available Adobe promotional offers based on industry and country, with optional filters for offer IDs and date ranges. A new API gives sellers and distributors clear visibility into which promotions apply to which Adobe offers—eliminating guesswork, reducing errors during validation and provisioning, and enabling teams to proactively leverage time-sensitive or market-specific discounts.

Expanded Webhook Data for Product Catalog Changed & Product Offer Changed
The Product Catalog Changed and Product Catalog Product Offers Changed webhooks have been extended with new properties to provide clearer and more actionable Catalog-change notifications. The payloads now include Product ExternalId, Offer ExternalId, Offer Status, and TimestampUtc (UTC event time), which will also be visible to recipients of the associated notifications. These enhancements enable users and integrators to more accurately identify which products and offers were affected and when the change occurred. As a result, catalog-related workflows gain improved transparency, traceability, and synchronization with external systems.

Improved Microsoft Offer Sync for Seamless Product Hub Management
To ensure Microsoft offers can be fully managed through the Product Hub UI, like updating publishing status and performing other post-sync edits, the platform now automatically populates all mandatory Product Marketing fields during offer synchronization. Previously, some required fields were left empty, preventing users from publishing or modifying offers in the UI and forcing them to rely on database updates or manual value overrides. With this update, every synced Microsoft offer is delivered with complete required data—such as licensing terms and default marketing content—enabling teams to manage offers end-to-end directly in Product Hub.
💡Coming Between Release Cycles
Improved Financial Visibility in Order Data
As part of our ongoing improvements to financial transparency, we are introducing a new Receivable Amount field within Pending Order data. This enhancement will be released between regular release cycles. The Receivable Amount represents the sales price of the order—what the consumer pays—and will allow partners to track revenue part of the order. New property can be used alongside the existing Credit Risk field, which reflects the partner’s cost and exposure toward the vendor.
