Dynamic External Links in CPQ Pricing Plans
CPQ pricing plans now support dynamically generated links via external data sources, enabling link controls to adapt based on real-time form inputs (e.g., tenant selection). By leveraging sequences to fetch and populate URLs, users are directed to the correct destination - such as the appropriate Microsoft admin console - without manual configuration. This enhancement improves user experience, reduces errors, and ensures accurate, context-aware navigation within complex sales and provisioning flows.
Support for Fixed-Price Adobe Promotions
The platform now supports Adobe fixed-price promotions, automatically calculating and displaying the effective discount percentage based on the difference between the standard partner price and the promotional fixed price. This enhancement provides greater pricing transparency for partners, simplifies promotion setup, and ensures consistent representation of savings for end customers, ultimately improving conversion and promotional effectiveness.

FX Rate Rule Configuration Improved
💡 Please note that this feature will be deployed around Thursday, 2nd of April.
The backend FX rate logic has been redesigned to support organization-level configuration for distributors and resellers, allowing each organization to define whether pricing should use the latest available exchange rate or the rate fixed on a specific requested date. This change improves pricing accuracy and policy consistency across customer hierarchies, while ensuring subscriptions continue to follow the FX rule that applied when they were purchased. As a result, partners gain better control over currency handling, more predictable invoicing, and reduced risk of billing discrepancies when FX policies change over time.

User-Specific Seller Export History
Seller export history is now tracked at the individual user level within each distributor, ensuring that users only see and manage their own export records. This update enhances data privacy and clarity by isolating export activities per user, eliminating confusion caused by shared histories. Existing distributor-level history will be deprecated and no longer displayed, resulting in a cleaner, more relevant experience and improved accountability for export actions.

Customizable Tables: Resizable and Reorderable Columns
Tables for Seller and Distributor now support column resizing and reordering, giving users full control over how data is displayed. Column widths and layouts persist across sessions, reducing repetitive setup and improving efficiency, while safeguards like minimum widths and fixed “Actions” columns maintain usability. With flexible layouts, consistent export behavior, and easy reset options, users can tailor tables to their workflows - enhancing productivity and streamlining data management.

New Webhook for Organization ERP ID Changes
A new webhook event, “Organizations - company information update,” has been introduced to notify partners of ERP ID changes for both customer and seller organizations. This webhook delivers real-time updates whenever an ERP ID is added, updated, or removed, including key details such as organization identifiers, change timestamps, and previous vs. updated values. By enabling automated synchronization with external systems, this enhancement improves data consistency, reduces manual tracking, and supports more reliable integrations across partner ecosystems.

New Subscription Status: Pending
The platform now supports a new subscription status: Pending. A subscription marked as Pending has been scheduled but is not yet active. It will automatically transition to Active on its renewal date - no manual action is required. Platform users may encounter subscriptions in this state when syncing with certain vendors. This is expected behavior and does not require any intervention.
Additional updates will be shared as vendor-specific functionality becomes available.
