How the special price badge appears
Once the special Customer Price becomes effective based on the configured From date, the "SPECIAL PRICE" badge will be visible to Customers in the Product catalog:
Catalog view: The badge appears prominently on Offer cards in the main catalog listing, making promotional items easily identifiable among other Products.
Product detail view: When Customers navigate to specific Product pages, the "SPECIAL PRICE" badge continues to display, reinforcing the promotional nature of the Offer.
This visual indicator helps draw Customer attention to discounted Offers and encourages purchases during promotional periods.
Summary

By ticking the "Special price" option when creating Customer Prices, Sellers can display a prominent "SPECIAL PRICE" badge that shows the Discount percentage from the Suggested Retail Price.
