Add add-on subscriptions when purchasing

Introduction

This article explains how to add Add-on Subscriptions when purchasing a new Subscription. If the Parent Subscription has available Add-on Subscriptions, you can select and configure them during the purchase process.

Prerequisites

Before adding Add-on Subscriptions, ensure that:

• The Parent Subscription you are purchasing has compatible Add-on Subscriptions available
• You are on the configuration page during the purchase process

How to add Add-on Subscriptions during purchase

To add Add-on Subscriptions when purchasing a new Subscription:

1. On the configuration page, locate the available Add-on Subscriptions for your Parent Subscription.
2. Click the Add button next to your preferred Add-on Subscription.
   
3. A configuration window will open where you can adjust the Quantity and select the Billing Frequency.
   
4. After configuring your Add-on Subscription, click Add to include it in your order.
5. Once you have added all desired Add-on Subscriptions to the Parent Subscription, click Confirm to finalize your selection.
   
6. A shopping cart pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen with your purchase summary.
   
7. Review the summary and click Place order to complete your purchase.

Summary

When purchasing a new Subscription, you can add compatible Add-on Subscriptions by clicking the Add button next to each desired Add-on Subscription, configuring the Quantity and Billing Frequency, and confirming your selection. After adding all Add-on Subscriptions to the Parent Subscription, review your order in the shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Add-on Subscriptions must be compatible with the Parent Subscription you are purchasing.
