Why Do I Receive “Please Activate Your Organization” Error?
This article outlines the steps to take when a pop-up message stating "Please activate your organization" appears.
If the customer organization was not "Approved" during the organization creation process, it will not be able to place orders. When attempting to purchase an offer, the customer will see the following message:
"Please activate your organization. Your organization needs to be approved before you can make any purchases. Please ask your Account Manager to approve you and try again."
To Enable Order Placement:
To resolve this issue and allow the organization to place orders, the organization must be Approved.
