Synchronize Organization With Existing MS Tenant
If a customer’s Microsoft tenant domain already exists, it must be synchronized from the Microsoft Partner Center after the customer accepts the Reseller Relationship Consent Link (available in the Microsoft Partner Center).
When a Microsoft customer enters into a partnership agreement with a 2-Tier or Direct seller, the relationship will be synced almost immediately after the customer accepts the agreement in the Microsoft Partner Center.

Not sure if the tenant already exists? Contact your Microsoft admin or check in the Microsoft Partner Center.
NOTE! If a customer organization already has a Microsoft tenant, do not manually create or self-register a new organization in the platform. Doing so will create a duplicate profile.
Use the synchronization process described in this article to connect the existing tenant.
