Synchronize Organization With Existing MS Tenant
If a customer’s Microsoft tenant domain already exists, it must be synchronized from the Microsoft Partner Center after the customer accepts the Reseller Relationship Consent Link (available in the Microsoft Partner Center).
When a Microsoft customer enters into a partnership agreement with a 2-Tier or Direct seller, the relationship will be synced almost immediately after the customer accepts the agreement in the Microsoft Partner Center.

NOTE! Creating a new customer organization profile on the platform for a customer who already has an existing Microsoft tenant may lead to the duplication of customer profiles on the platform.
