Adobe Multi-Item Discount & Provisioning Support

The platform now supports multi-line item provisioning for Adobe orders, allowing users to combine new purchases and subscription edits into a single cart to unlock better pricing tiers. This improvement ensures that Adobe's discount rules—such as price level upgrades based on total quantity, introductory pricing, or 3-year commitment minimums—are applied before purchase.

Clear Action Prompts for Adobe 3-Year Commitment Offers

The platform now shows an "Action required" status for Adobe custom offers with a 3-year commitment during the provisioning and renewal processes. If the Adobe API status is "requested", users are prompted to accept terms in the Adobe Admin Console. If "accepted", they’re prompted to place or adjust orders to meet commitment requirements. This ensures customers are informed of the required actions for 3YC Adobe offers.

License Usage Display in Adobe Subscription Details

The subscription details page now displays an assigned vs. total licenses chart for Adobe offers, providing customers with clear visibility into license usage. This improvement supports both license-based and consumption-based Adobe subscriptions, using API data to show real-time and predicted/calculated license allocation through a visual chart.

Extended Pricing Plan with Configurable Chart and Data Settings

Pricing plans now support configurable chart settings and the ability to retrieve either cached or live data using new AXI endpoints. This update allows users to choose how subscription details and usage information are retrieved, allowing them to switch between data-fetching strategies based on performance or data freshness needs. This improvement optimizes load times through caching while still providing the option to bypass the cache for real-time accuracy.

CPQ: Extended Available Plans API with Last Updated Date

The AvailablePlans API has been extended to include a "last updated date" field in its response, aligning with the timestamp shown in the Pricing Plans UI. This datetime value reflects the most recent update to either the plan itself or any associated pricing changes. The addition supports more efficient synchronization of pricing plans with reporting tools, enabling downstream systems to detect and process only updated plans for improved performance and data accuracy.

Simplified Microsoft Subscription Upgrades with Destination Selection (Scheduled at Week 18)

You can now streamline subscription upgrades by selecting an existing subscription as the upgrade destination, instead of creating a new one. This improvement aligns with Microsoft’s native capabilities and helps avoid duplicate subscriptions. During the upgrade process, a new dropdown in the pricing plan will display eligible target subscriptions—fetched directly from Microsoft Partner Center. When selected, the upgraded quantity is added to the chosen destination subscription, keeping your records clean and consolidated.
