GDAP Relationship Reporting and Visibility
A dedicated GDAP Relationships Report gives partners centralized visibility into Microsoft GDAP relationships across their customer base. The report includes detailed organization, tenant, and relationship information such as relationship status, duration, expiration timelines, auto-extension settings, and key customer identifiers. In addition, summary statistics help partners quickly assess the overall health and coverage of their GDAP environment. Combined with AppXite CSP Support Offer and Microsoft GDAP automation capabilities, the report simplifies relationship management, improves operational oversight, and helps partners proactively maintain compliant support access.

Adobe Scheduled Subscription Renewal Management
AppXite now supports the creation and management of Adobe subscriptions in a new Pending status, enabling partners and customers to schedule new Adobe subscriptions that automatically become active on the customer's next renewal date. This capability simplifies product migrations, replacement of deprecated offers, and subscription portfolio changes while preserving renewal-level pricing and avoiding unnecessary prorated charges before the anniversary date. Pending subscriptions are fully visible and manageable within the platform, including status tracking, cancellation options, and synchronization with Adobe, providing greater flexibility and control over Adobe renewal planning and subscription lifecycle management.

Improved CPQ Pricing Plan Tooltips
AppXite has improved the CPQ pricing plan experience by adding HTML support for tooltip content, enabling partners to create clearer and more user-friendly guidance directly within pricing plans. Tooltip messages now support formatting such as paragraphs, bold, italic, and underlined text, hyperlinks, and line breaks, making it easier to present detailed pricing information, instructions, and promotional details in a structured and visually appealing format. In addition, tooltip popups have been streamlined by removing the generic title header, delivering a cleaner and more intuitive end-user experience while preserving full configuration flexibility for administrators.

The new experience includes advanced search capabilities, customizable columns, export functionality, renewal and expiration filters, and direct navigation to customer-specific subscription views. In addition, platform administrators can configure Subscriptions as the default landing page, enabling faster access to subscription management and improving operational efficiency for sellers managing large subscription portfolios.
