GDAP Report

Introduction

The GDAP Report is a dedicated reporting view in the Disti Portal that gives Distributors a consolidated overview of all GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges) relationships established across their Sellers and Customers. The report surfaces key relationship details — including expiry timelines, auto-extend configuration, and relationship status — so that Distributors can monitor the health of delegated access and act before relationships expire.

Summary statistics

At the top of the GDAP Report, a row of summary tiles provides an at-a-glance view of the overall state of GDAP relationships across all Sellers. Values displayed in red indicate conditions that require attention.

The tiles display the following counts:

  • Active GDAPs — the total number of GDAP relationships currently in an active state.
  • Expiring Within 1 Day — active relationships whose expiration date falls within the next 24 hours.
  • Expiring Within 7 Days — active relationships expiring within the next 7 days.
  • Expiring After 30 Days — active relationships whose expiration date is more than 30 days away.
  • Expired — relationships that have already passed their expiration date. Displayed in red as these require immediate attention.
  • Auto Extend Enabled — relationships configured to renew automatically at the end of their duration.
  • Auto Extend Disabled — relationships that will not renew automatically. Displayed in red as these may expire without action.

Filter Groups

The left-hand panel provides filters to narrow the report results. The available filters are:

  • Seller — filter by a specific Seller Organization.
  • Customer — filter by a specific Customer Organization.
  • Customer ERP ID — filter by the Customer's ERP identifier.
  • Admin Relationship Name — filter by the name of the Admin relationship as configured in Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Status — filter by relationship status: active, approvalPending, expired, or terminated.
  • Expiring Within 1 Day / Expiring Within 7 Days / Expiring Within 30 Days — boolean filters (True / False) to quickly isolate relationships by their expiry urgency.
  • Auto Extend Enabled — boolean filter (True / False) to show only relationships with or without auto-extend configured.

Report columns

The data grid lists every GDAP relationship matching the active filters. All columns are sortable — click a column header to sort ascending or descending. The available columns are:

  • Seller — the name of the Seller Organization that owns the GDAP relationship.
  • Customer — the name of the Customer Organization for which the GDAP relationship was established.
  • Customer ERP ID — the external ERP identifier associated with the Customer Organization, used for cross-system reconciliation.
  • Country — the country of the Customer Organization.
  • Admin Relationship Name — the name of the Admin relationship as created in Microsoft Partner Center. This is the name visible to the Customer when accepting the relationship.
  • Duration In Days — the total duration, in days, for which the GDAP relationship was configured.
  • Expiring In Days — the number of days remaining until the relationship expires. A value of 0 means the relationship expires today; negative values indicate the relationship has already expired.
  • Expiration Date — the exact date on which the GDAP relationship expires.
  • Auto Extend Duration In Days — the number of days by which the relationship will be automatically extended if Auto Extend is enabled. Empty if auto-extend is not configured for the relationship.
  • Status — the current state of the GDAP relationship: active, approvalPending, expired, or terminated.
  • Data Synced UTC — the timestamp of the last data synchronisation from Microsoft Partner Center, shown in UTC. Use this field to assess how current the displayed data is.
NOTE! The data in the GDAP Report is synchronised from Microsoft Partner Center on a scheduled basis. The Data Synced UTC column shows the timestamp of the last successful sync for each relationship. For the authoritative real-time state of any relationship, refer directly to Microsoft Partner Center under Admin relationship.
