NCE Reports provide comprehensive details on available offers, promotion opportunities, and migration eligibilities to help optimize customer pricing and transition strategies.

NCE Reports contain three essential sub-reports that help you manage Microsoft NCE promotions and migrations effectively:

To access the NCE Reports:

1. Navigate to the Reports section
   
2. Select NCE Reports
   
   
3. Choose one of three tabs
   
   

All Promotions

Report: Shows details about all Microsoft NCE promotions that are available based on the applied filters.

Filters: Seller/ Customer/ Product/ Offer/ Promotion.

View the following details for promotions: Promotion name/ Promotion ID/ Product/ Offer/ Offer External ID/ Discount %/ Constraints/ Start date/ End date.

Promotion Eligibilities

Report: Details promotions that are available for chosen sellers/customers, including eligibility status and price comparison for base price against promotion price.

Filters: Seller/ Customer/ Promotion/ Product/ Offer/ Is Eligible.

View the following details: Seller/ Customer/ Customer ERP ID/ Promotion/ Product/ Offer/ Offer External ID/ Market/ Billing Plan/ Term Duration/ Discount/ Currency/ Customer Price (Base)/ Customer Price (With Promotions)/ Eligibility/ Eligibility Error/ Start Date/ End Date/ Eligibility Checked On.

Migration Paths

Report: Shows migration paths for selected sellers, including subscriptions that are eligible for migration now, detailing if it's a vendor led migration path, and comparing current and target price, and legacy subscriptions which are ineligible for migration and reason for unavailability.
