Distributor Revenue Overview

Introduction

This article explains how to access and use the Distributor Revenue Report in the Platform. Understanding this report will help you analyze revenue performance, margins, and activity metrics across Resellers, Customers, and Products.

Accessing the Report

The following reports can be found on the Distributor platform by following this link partnerhub.appxite.com

After logging into the Distributor platform choose the reseller you are looking for as shown below in the screenshot:

After the reseller has been chosen, click the Reports link as shown in the screenshot below:

Filters and Tabs

1. Apply filters - Invoice date/ Reseller/ Customer/ Vendors/ Product/ Offer/ Offer type/ Reseller country/ Currency/ - to select the offer you want to view.

2. Distributor Revenue Overview - the view will allow you to see prices and other details for the vendor offers.

 The following information about vendor offers can be seen/viewed:

  • Revenue (EUR)
  • Average Margin%
  • Resellers All
  • Resellers Active
  • Customers All
  • Customers Active

Summary

The Distributor Revenue Report is accessible at partnerhub.appxite.com by logging in, selecting a Reseller from the Organization selector, and clicking the Reports link. The report provides filtering options for Invoice date, Reseller, Customer, Vendors, Product, Offer, Offer type, Reseller country, and Currency to refine your data view. The Distributor Revenue Overview tab displays key metrics including Revenue in EUR, Average Margin percentage, total and active Reseller counts, and total and active Customer counts, providing comprehensive insights into revenue performance and business activity across your sales channel.
