How to change identity providers on organization level

This article guides you through the process of changing identity providers at the Organization level. You can select from multiple identity provider options to configure authentication for your Customers' organizations.

Change identity provider settings

There are multiple Identity Providers available that a Customer can use for authentication.

To change Identity Providers at an Organization level, follow these steps:

  1. Log in on behalf of the Customer.
  2. Select the Organization

  3. Go to Organization's Profile

  4. Find option Invite/login Options field. If you will hover a mouse over the "i" icon, you will see a tooltip regarding the functionality.
  5. Click "x Active" field to add active Identity Providers
  6. A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page. Choose your desired Identity Providers from the list.
  7. Click Update to save your changes.
  8. Refresh the page or close and re-open the view to see the changes reflected in the Organization's profile.
NOTE! Multiple identity providers can be enabled simultaneously for a single organization.

 

NOTE! After clicking Update, you need to refresh the page or close and re-open the view for the changes to be visible in the organization profile.

View active identity providers

After updating the login options and refreshing the view, the number of active identity providers will be displayed in the Organization's profile under the Login Options field.
