Understanding Order status notifications
When the status of an Order changes, the Platform automatically sends notifications to relevant users based on the status updates. This ensures all stakeholders stay informed about order provisioning progress.
Notification trigger: Order status has changed
Notification recipients
The Platform sends notifications to the following recipients:
- To: User involved in event
- Cc: (optional) Reseller Primary
- Bcc: (optional)
Order status types
The Platform recognizes three main order statuses, each triggering a specific notification:
In Progress
This notification is sent when the Order provisioning is in progress.
The notification displays:
- Order status changed to "In Progress"
- Customer name
- Order items including Offer name, Quantity, and Price
- Contact information for Customer Support team
Completed
This notification is sent when the Order provisioning is completed successfully.
The notification displays:
- Order status changed to "Completed"
- Customer name
- Order items including Offer name, Quantity, and Price
- Contact information for Customer Support team
Completed with errors
This notification is sent when an error occurs during Order provisioning.
The notification displays:
- Order status changed to "Completed with errors"
- Customer name
- Order items including Offer name, Quantity, and Price
- Contact information for Customer Support team
Customizing notification settings
Notification recipients can be customized on the Settings page. This allows you to control who receives notifications for each order status change.
To modify notification recipients, navigate to the Settings page and adjust the recipient configuration according to your requirements.

Summary
The Platform automatically notifies users when an Order status changes, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the provisioning process.
