How to request Business Central access and select environments
Introduction
This article describes how Organizations can request access to Business Central and guides new users on navigating to the correct environment once access is provided.
In this article:
Request Business Central access
To request access, provide the following information:
- Email address of the user
- The countries where you want the user to have access
- Send an email to Appxite Support (Support@AppXite.com) and the Support Team will provide the access
After the Support Team confirms that access is granted, ask the user to sign in to Business Central: https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/
Select environment and country
After signing in to Business Central, you'll land on the Welcome page. Follow these steps to select the correct environment and country:
- Go to the upper right corner and select the Environment option:
- In the new window that appears at the right corner, you'll see the available environments:
- Select the Environment and the country you want to access (usually it is under Production):
- After selecting the country, you'll be redirected back to the Welcome page and you'll see which Environment and Country you're currently in:
