Revenue Overview

All customers and sellers have access to the reporting section enabling tracking billings data over time. Reports can be accessed from the “Reports” section.

The report itself can be found in the All reports tab or in the bottom line among other reports:

There are 4 filter groups with different filters: Basic, Subscriptions, Organizations, Offers.

1. Basic - Invoice Date, Customer, Vendor, Offer

2. Subscriptions - Vendor, Subscription, Auto Renew Enabled, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Subscription Start Date

3. Organizations - Customer, Vendor

4. Offers - Vendor, Product, Offer, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Custom Offer Properties

Revenue per Month - the total sales revenue for the month.

Revenue by Subscription - a list of top active subscriptions can be seen. By selecting a specific Subscription you can see the top customers, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected subscription.

Top Customers by Revenue - by selecting a specific Customer you can see the top subscriptions, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected Customers.

Active Subscriptions - shows the amount of active subscriptions during the specified period of time.
