Revenue Overview
Introduction
This article explains how to access and use the Revenue Overview Report in the Platform. Understanding this report will help you track sales revenue over time, analyze subscription performance, identify top customers, and monitor active subscription trends across your business.

Accessing the Report
All customers and sellers have access to the reporting section enabling tracking billings data over time. Reports can be accessed from the “Reports” section.
The report itself can be found in the All reports tab or in the bottom line among other reports:
Filter Groups
There are 4 filter groups with different filters: Basic, Subscriptions, Organizations, Offers.
1. Basic - Invoice Date, Customer, Vendor, Offer
2. Subscriptions - Vendor, Subscription, Auto Renew Enabled, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Subscription Start Date
3. Organizations - Customer, Vendor
4. Offers - Vendor, Product, Offer, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Custom Offer Properties
Display Sections
1. Revenue per Month - the total sales revenue for the month.
2. Revenue by Subscription - a list of top active subscriptions can be seen. By selecting a specific Subscription you can see the top customers, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected subscription.
3. Top Customers by Revenue - by selecting a specific Customer you can see the top subscriptions, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected Customers.
4. Active Subscriptions - shows the amount of active subscriptions during the specified period of time.
