The report includes information about all offers available to sellers and includes offers in EOS (End of Sale) status that are no longer active but still have relevant pricing data.

Accessing the NCE Price List Report
The NCE Price List Report is designed to review price configuration by offer, reseller, and customer specifically for NCE offers. All customers and sellers have access to the reporting section, enabling tracking of billing data over time.
To access the report:
- Navigate to the Reports section in the top navigation menu
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the NCE Price List Report
- Click on the report to begin configuration and viewing
Understanding Filter Groups
The NCE Price List Report provides three distinct filter groups that offer different kinds of filters for prices:
- Basic - Core filtering options for essential price data
- Organizations - Entity-based filtering for business structure
- Offers - Product and offer-specific filtering options
Each filter group contains specific fields that allow you to customize your report view based on your requirements.
Basic Filter Group Options
The Basic filter group includes the following filtering options:
- Reseller - Filter by specific reseller organizations
- Customer - Filter by customer accounts
- Offer - Filter by specific product offers
- Market - Filter by geographical market
- Segment - Filter by customer segments
- Billing Plan - Filter by billing frequency
- Term Duration - Filter by contract term length
- Currency - Filter by transaction currency
- Convert to Currency - Convert prices to different currency
- Show price Based on - Toggle between Billing plan and Term duration
Price Display Configuration
The NCE Price List Report includes a switch to show prices based on two different calculation methods:
A. Term Duration (Current Default)
- Displays total price per full term duration
- Shows the complete cost for the entire contract period
B. Billing Plan (Alternative View)
- Shows price to be paid for the Billing Plan length
- Displays cost regardless of the Term Duration
- Useful for understanding recurring payment amounts
Organizations Filter Group
The Organizations filter group provides filtering options based on business entities and includes:
- Reseller - Filter by reseller organizations
- Customer - Filter by customer accounts
- Vendor - Filter by vendor/supplier organizations
These filters help organize data based on the business relationship structure within your organization.
Offers Filter Group
The Offers filter group includes product and offer-specific filtering options:
- Vendor - Filter by product vendor
- Product - Filter by specific products
- Offer - Filter by individual offers
- Offer Type - Filter by offer category or type
- Offer Status - Filter by offer availability status
Limitations
The NCE Price List Report has a daily refresh cycle. Any changes made to price list configurations will not appear in the report until the following day. Plan your reporting activities accordingly when making pricing adjustments.
