Revenue by Customer

All customers and sellers have access to the reporting section enabling tracking billings data over time. Reports can be accessed from the “Reports” section.

The report can be found either in the All reports tab or in the bottom line among all other reports:

The report has 4 filter groups: Basic, Subscriptions, Organizations and Offers. Each filter group has its own filters.

1. Basic - Invoice Date, Customer, Vendor, Offer

2. Subscriptions - Vendor, Subscription, Auto Renew Enabled, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Subscription Start Date

3. Organizations - Customer, Vendor

4. Offers - Vendor, Product, Offer, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Custom Offer Properties

Revenue per Month - the total sales revenue for the month.

Revenue by Subscription - shows a list of top active subscriptions. By selecting a specific Subscription you can see the top customers, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected subscription.

Revenue by Customer - the total sales revenue for the year. By selecting a specific customer from the list you can see the top customers, the cost per month, and the count of subscriptions over time for the selected subscription.
