Notification Trigger and Recipients
The notification system automatically activates when a new Microsoft tenant is successfully created through the platform.
Notification Trigger
- Event: A new Microsoft tenant is created
- Timing: Immediately upon successful tenant creation
- Scope: Customer organization level
Default Recipients
The notification is sent to the following recipients:
- To: User involved in the event (the person who initiated the tenant creation)
- Cc (optional): Reseller Primary contact, Customer Primary contact
- Bcc (optional): Additional stakeholders as configured
Notification Content Details
The notification email includes essential information about the newly created Microsoft tenant to help recipients maintain proper records.
Email Structure
The notification contains the following tenant information:
- Company name: Organization name associated with the tenant
- Microsoft ID: Unique identifier for the Microsoft tenant
- Domain name: Primary domain with .onmicrosoft.com suffix
- Admin user account: Full email address, containing admin user name and domain
- Admin user password: Temporary password for initial access
- Primary contact: Designated contact person details
