Introduction 

This article explains the notification process that occurs when a new Organization is created and requires manual approval from the Seller. When Platform settings require manual approval for new organizations, Sellers receive automated notifications to review and approve organization details before they become fully active.

In this article:

Notification trigger and recipients

When notifications are sent

The system automatically sends a notification when:

  • A new Organization has been created in the system
  • The Organization status is "pending approval"
  • Platform settings require manual Seller approval for new organizations

Default notification recipients

Primary recipient:

  • Seller Primary contact

Additional recipients:

  • Cc: (optional - can be configured)
  • Bcc: (optional - can be configured)
NOTE! You receive this notification because your Platform settings are configured to require manual approval for new organizations.

Email notification format

The notification email contains the following elements:

Email structure

  • Subject line: Organization approval required
  • Sender: System notification (automated)
  • Logo: Company branding at the top
  • Main message: Clear instruction to review and approve the Organization

Email content

The email includes:

  • Personalized greeting
  • Clear explanation that an Organization was created and requires approval
  • View Profile button (formatted in red) to access organization details
  • Note explaining why the notification was sent
  • Customer Support contact information for assistance
  • Copyright notice with current year

Managing notification settings

Seller notification recipients can be customized through the Platform configuration:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page in your Seller View
  2. Locate the notification preferences section
  3. Update the following fields as needed:
    • Primary recipient (required)
    • Cc recipients (optional)
    • Bcc recipients (optional)
  4. Save your changes

The Settings page link is provided at the bottom of each notification email for easy access.

Next steps

After receiving this notification:

  1. Click the "View Profile" button in the email to access the Organization details
  2. Review the organization information for accuracy and completeness
  3. Approve or reject the Organization based on your review
  4. The Customer will be notified of your decision automatically

If the Organization is approved, it will become fully active and the Customer can begin using services immediately.
