In this article:

When an Organization status changes (such as from active to inactive), the Platform automatically sends a notification to the Customer Primary contact of the Customer Organization.

Organization Status Change Notification Triggers

The Platform sends automated notifications when the status of an Organization changes. This includes transitions such as:

  • Active to inactive status
  • Inactive to active status
  • Any other status modifications within the system

The notification trigger activates immediately when the Organization status is modified, ensuring timely communication with the affected Customer.

Notification Recipient Configuration

The system follows a structured approach for notification distribution:

Primary Recipients:

  • To: Customer Primary contact

Optional Recipients:

  • Cc: Additional contacts (optional)
  • Bcc: Additional contacts (optional)

Notification recipients can be edited and customized on the Settings page to accommodate specific communication requirements for different Organizations.

Automated Notification Process

When an Organization status change occurs, the Platform automatically generates and sends a professional notification email containing:

  • Seller contact information for further assistance

The notification maintains a professional format and provides Customers with immediate awareness of their Organization status changes.
