Introduction

This article guides Seller Admins in understanding the automatic notification system when a new End-Customer User signs up to the Platform for the first time. The Platform automatically sends notifications to designated recipients to ensure timely client registration processing.

Understanding notification triggers

When a new End-Customer User registers on the Platform for the first time, the system automatically triggers a notification to alert the Seller team about the new registration request.

NOTE! The notification is only sent for first-time User registrations. Existing Users adding new services will not trigger this notification.

Managing notification recipients

The notification system sends alerts to predefined recipients:

  • Primary recipient: Seller Primary contact
  • CC recipients: Optional additional contacts
  • BCC recipients: Optional hidden copy recipients

To modify notification recipients:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page
  2. Locate the notification settings section
  3. Update recipient email addresses as needed
  4. Save changes to apply new settings

Notification content overview

The system sends a standardized notification containing:

  • Client registration request details
  • Request timestamp
  • Action required message for the Seller

The notification includes a professional message requesting the Seller to process the new client registration promptly.

Summary
