Introduction

This article explains the notification process when a new Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Customer or Tenant is created during synchronization. The Platform automatically generates notifications to inform relevant contacts about new Customer additions, ensuring proper visibility and management oversight.

When a new Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Customer or Tenant is created during synchronization, the Platform generates a notification to the primary contact of the parent Tenant Organization.

Notification Trigger and Recipients

Notification trigger: Customer Created During Synchronization

Recipients:

• To: Seller Primary
• Cc: (optional)
• Bcc (optional)

Email Notification Template and Content

The system sends an automated email notification containing the following information:

Subject: New Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Customer has been added

Email content includes:

• Organization name: Azure Tenant Organization Full Name
• Country: Azure Tenant Organization Country
• City: Azure Tenant Organization City
• Address: Azure Tenant Organization Street
• Currency: Azure Tenant Organization Currency
• Microsoft ID: Azure Tenant Microsoft ID
• Domain Name: Azure Tenant Domain Name
• Admin email: Azure Tenant Organization Admin Email
• Invoicing email: Azure Tenant Organization InvoicingEmail

The email requests recipients to verify and update Customer information in the Organization tab.

Settings and Configuration Options

Notification recipients can be customized through the Settings page, allowing administrators to:

• Add or remove primary recipients
• Configure optional Cc and Bcc recipients
• Modify notification preferences
