Understanding Subscription Expiration Notification

When your subscription reaches the expiration date, you will receive an automated notification email informing you of the expired subscriptions. This notification serves as an important reminder to keep a track on the subscriptions that are no longer active.

The notification will include:

  • Expiration Date: The specific date when your subscription expires
  • Subscription Details: Information about the affected subscription(s)
  • Action Required: Clear instructions on what steps you need to take
NOTE! The Subscription Expired notification is disabled by default. In order to enable and configure it, please refer to the Notifications Settings article. Below event connects to the described notification:

Reviewing Subscription Details

The notification email contains a detailed table with your subscription information:

Subscription Details Table:

  • SUBSCRIPTION NAME: The name/identifier of your subscription
  • SUBSCRIPTION ID: Unique identifier for tracking purposes
