Improved Invoice Settings: New Display & Navigation Controls
The Settings → Invoices section has been improved to provide businesses with greater flexibility and control over how invoicing information is displayed to different user groups. A new “Display & Navigation” interface enables distributors and sellers to configure tab visibility (Overview, Invoice, Billing) according to their operational needs, ensuring that users access only the most relevant financial data.
Additionally, new Custom Navigation options allow organizations to set up buttons and hyperlinks that lead to external resources such as payment portals, credit limit details, or billing terms—creating a more seamless user journey.

Improved Invoice Processing: Separate Calculations per Vendor Invoice
The platform now supports invoice calculations per individual vendor ID, enabling more flexible and accurate invoice processing for vendors that submit multiple invoices within the same month. Previously, invoices with the same invoice date were grouped together, limiting the ability to process new invoices received later in the month without manual workarounds or deferrals.
With this improvement, distributors and vendors can calculate and verify each vendor invoice independently, improving automation, traceability, and billing accuracy, while significantly reducing manual intervention in month-end invoice operations.
For partners transacting with vendors like AWS and AvePoint, this means you will now receive multiple invoices per month, aligned with the number of invoices provided by each vendor. This update enables faster processing of available vendor invoices and offers greater flexibility when additional invoices are received at a later date.

Dynamic Pricing Updates Based on Customer Input
Pricing plan designers can now use a new toggle on text fields to enable automatic price recalculation when customers change the field’s value, such as entering a discount or promo code. When this toggle is turned on, the system recalculates prices in real time—calling external pricing services and instantly applying applicable promotions during checkout. By default, the toggle is set to “off”, giving designers full control over where recalculations occur without impacting existing pricing plans.

Wire Transfer Support Added to Payment Methods
Wire transfers have been introduced as a new payment method, giving organizations greater flexibility in how they manage financial transactions on the platform. This allows businesses to configure wire transfer receiving and sending options between organizations and initiate payments directly via wire transfer, providing a secure and efficient alternative for high-value transactions. By enabling wire transfers natively, companies can align with regional payment preferences, reduce manual off-platform processes, and improve traceability and operational efficiency across their payment workflows.
When wire transfer is defined as the payment method for an organization and an admin clicks to collect payment in bulk, the payment status will be updated to "Pending" until a status change is provided from the ERP or CRM solution.

Stronger Control Over Seller Identity Provider Settings
Distributors can now centrally manage and restrict identity provider settings for their indirect sellers, ensuring consistent authentication methods across the channel. When restrictions are enabled, sellers automatically inherit the distributor’s configuration and cannot modify identity provider options, helping maintain security, integration stability, and operational consistency.

Required Custom Fields for Organization
Seller Admins can now set specific custom fields as required at the organization level to make sure all essential information is provided when creating new organizations. If any required fields are missing, the system will block approval or activation and display a clear error message, prompting users to complete the missing details. This update helps ensure more accurate, consistent, and well-governed data across the platform.

Improved Trial Offer Identification in Customer Prices
To improve the user experience when configuring prices for specific offers, trial offers are now clearly labeled in the offer selection list. When searching for or adding offers in the Customer Prices section, any trial offer will automatically display with the label “(Trial)” next to its name. This improvement applies to both search results and selected offers, making it easier for Seller Admins to quickly distinguish between standard and trial offers during price configuration.

Subscription Management for Google Cloud
Sellers can now manage Google Cloud subscriptions directly from the platform with full integration to Google Cloud Console. The platform supports subscription suspension, reactivation, and permanent cancellation, with all changes automatically synchronized to Google's billing sub-accounts in real-time. This integration eliminates manual coordination between systems and ensures that subscription status changes are accurately reflected in both the platform and Google Cloud Console.

Improved Promotion Form Structure and Validation
The Promotion Form has been restructured into collapsible sections that are open by default, making it easier to navigate and manage configuration details. Information is now grouped into clear sections, and several sections have been renamed for better clarity. Additionally, if users attempt to save without completing required fields, the platform will now highlight in red any sections containing missing mandatory information, ensuring quicker identification and correction of configuration gaps.
