Customers Report
Introduction
This article explains how to access and use the Customer Report in the Platform. Understanding this report will help you view and analyze Customer information across all your Sellers, including basic details, vendor relationships, and Platform user activity.

Report Overview
1. Customer Report - the view will allow you to see a list of all Customers of all your Sellers.
2. Apply filters - Seller and/or Customer name, status, and/or country.
3. Select Report View between Basic View, Vendor Information, or Platform user view.
Basic View
The following information about Customers can be seen/viewed in Basic View:
- Customer
- Country
- Registration Number
- VAT Number
- MPN ID
- Status
- Date Created (Utc)
- End-customer primary contact
- End-customer primary contact email
- End-customer primary contact phone
- End-customer primary contact address
- Internal Customer ID
Vendor information view
The following information about Customers can be seen/viewed in the Vendor Information view:
- Customer
- Vendor
- Vendor Domain
- Industry Types
- Customer Agreement Signed (!Note this field retrieves information about Microsoft agreements only. You will see "True" for customers who have signed the agreement with Microsoft, "False" for those who have not, and "Unavailable" if it is about other vendors but Microsoft.)
- Customer Agreement Signed Email
- Date Signed
- Agreement Status Checked
- Internal Customer ID
Use the filter section to adjust the report by Customer name, Status, Country, Vendor, Vendor domain, Vendor Industry and Customer Agreement signage status.
Platform user view
The following information about Customers can be seen/viewed in Platform User view:
- Customer
- User Name
- Roles
- Account status
- Date Created
- Date Last Active
- Internal Customer ID
Use the filter section to adjust the report by Customer name, Customer status, country, User role and User status.
Summary
The Customer Report provides three distinct views for analyzing Customer data across all Sellers: Basic View displays fundamental Customer information including country, registration details, VAT number, MPNID, Status, creation date, and primary contact information. Vendor Information view shows Customer-vendor relationships including Vendor, Vendor Domain, Industry Types, and Microsoft agreement signage status (True, False, or Unavailable for non-Microsoft vendors), with filters for Customer name, Status, country, Vendor details, and agreement status. Platform User view displays user account information including username, email, roles, account Status, creation date, and last activity date, with filters for Customer name, Status, country, user role, and user Status. Each view includes the Internal Customer ID for cross-reference purposes and offers specific filtering options to refine the report data for targeted analysis.
