How To Do Customer Organization Self-Registration in the Platform?

1.2. After reviewing the offer, click on the "Buy Now" button to proceed.

2. Once you select the product, an authorization screen will appear with two options: "Log In" and "Register". If your organization is new and you are following the self-registration process, click "Register".

3. You will be redirected to the login page.

We offer the following options for self-registration:

a. You may choose to register using your Account option. 

b. You can also register with a Personal email (Live ID).

Please note that work emails (AAD Accounts) cannot be used for registration, as Azure Active Directory domains must be whitelisted for authentication via Auth0.

4. After selecting your preferred authorization method, you will be directed to a table with two tabs. Select the "Sign Up" tab and enter a valid email address along with a secure password.

5. Upon entering your credentials, you will be prompted to complete an initial form to create your organization profile. Carefully fill in the required details and click the "Save" button to proceed.

Note! The Primary contact of the platform will receive an email notification. The seller should "Approve" the customer organization in order to complete the process.

By following these steps, your organization can successfully self-register on the platform.
