What is new?
In this release, we revamped the Users section to optimize it for monitoring the user onboarding process, doing regular health checks, and troubleshooting common problems. The new section allows you to:
1. See when the user was invited – use this to review recently invited users for details and access.
2. See when the user was last active - use this to notice and offboard inactive users.
3. See which users were never active – use this to reach out to them and help them complete onboarding.
4. See the signup/login option of each user account - use this to notice and disable unwanted login options on your platform and to move users to more preferred options.
5. See how many organizations each user has direct access to and notice potentially unintentional peaks - use this to find users accidentally left without meaningful access.
