Accessing the Report

After logging into the Distributor platform choose the reseller you are looking for as shown below in the screenshot:

After the reseller has been chosen, click the Reports link as shown in the screenshot below:

The report itself can be accessed from the main page on the FINANCIAL tab or in the list of reports in the bottom line:

Filter Groups

The report provides 4 filter groups with the following filters:

1. Basic - Invoice Date, Reseller, Customer, Vendor, Reseller Country

Calculate- By toggling between Markup/Margin, the percentage of markup or margin will be displayed.

2. Subscriptions - Vendor, Subscription, Auto Renew Enabled, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Subscription Start Date

3. Organizations - Reseller, Customer, Vendor, Reseller Country

4. Offers - Vendor, Product, Offer, Offer Type, Trial, Microsoft NCE, Custom Offer Properties

All 4 filter groups can present data in EUR, USD or Invoice Currency

Report Tree Usage

Press plus button next to any value to split the data based on Vendor, Product, Offer, Subscription, Reseller, Customer or select High or Low-value option that would show the highest impact dimensions automatically. 

Also, Decomposition Tree allows further exploration of revenue, cost and margin data.
